Outpatient Open House Celebration

Thursday, October 28, 2010 Credo Community Center was pleased to host our Open House showcasing the recent Capital Project at the West Main Outpatient Clinic. Also celebrated is our 10 Year Anniversary of the merger between The Community Center for Alcoholism and Credo Foundation, resulting in Credo Community Center for the Treatment of Addictions. Thank you to all our supporters who came to appreciate and celebrate these wonderful milestones!

Treatment Availability

We are currently taking referrals for all of our residential programs:

- Women's Intensive Residential – openings soon!
- Men's Community Residences – openings!
- Residential Rehabilitation Services for Youth – immediate openings!

To gather information regarding any of the Credo Programs, please call the toll-free number 1-888-585-2228. The Central Information Unit will provide program information to assist referral sources in determining the program or service which will be most appropriate and beneficial for the individual referred.

We currently have outpatient intake appointments available within 24-72 hours:
